The ZD 5 FB i6000 feeding system with built-in WL260 SP-S AE load cells and WP 231 weighing electronics from Siemens is suitable for high-precision feeding tasks. This innovative all-in-one solution is easy to position thanks to optimized cable routing and low weight. Due to the low drop height, the feeder has a lower susceptibility to external disturbance variables such as drafts or vibrations, making the feeder more process-safe. Due to the lower weight of the device, the resolution of the load cell is also much better. Optionally, this feeding system can be designed according to GMP, FDA and/or ATEX guidelines.
